Monday 22 December

Today was quite a relief for us, the electrician from ELKU our electrical installation completed. Yesterday, the EO.N was already installed and the house connection. This meant a final relief from Baustomkasten electric Schmid from Manching. The cost that we paid for the Baustromkasten were enormous, although we still need power only ... The cost shall be Bauherren nicht bekannt. Zukuenftige Bauherren können wir nur empfehlen vorab bei der Baufirma zu informieren ueber die Zahlung der Kosten fuer die Miete. Die Firma Elektro Schmid berechnet zusätzlich Installationskosten, Kosten fuer Reparature und informiert den Bauherr zu wenig ueber Gefahre und notwendige Schuetz.

Inzwischen legen wir Fliesen im Badezimmer und machen alles mögliche um sicherzustellen, dass die Firmen weitermachen können.
Auch hat die Firma Acalor uns heute unterstützt bei unserem Wärmeproblem. Bis jetzt wird die Fußbodenheizung noch nicht wirklich warm. Durch den Ausfall des Baustroms während 4 Tage ist der Verdampfer anscheinend zu sehr vereist gewesen uns hat dafür gesorgt, dass das normale Enteisungsprogramm not enough.
