TM Malle - 10 Days
I fear today was the last of its kind sunny during my training camp. For the next two days of rain and falling temperatures are more fashionable.
Even the choice of clothes today was unfortunate, because it was much cooler but, as it seemed at first. The 30 minutes running in the morning was fresh as usual This should have warned me. When I then opened by Randa to drive the Puig de Randa, the local mountain for my current three-KA units, I was shivering already on the way out. Mountain High, of course, everything was ok. When I again went to the top in not only my hands were freezing. Bottom Once it took me a while to re-motivate me for "just another" rise. Finally, there were three planned increases. It is always amazing how often you can listen to it again and again with the strategy, "just once" to achieve the set target part.

Ontario Trailer Transfer
TL Malle - 9 Days
Before today I had some "sleeves". 2 * 1 speed training on the bike and hours on it the same 1.5-hour fast running, ran the program.
Even the 30 minute Frühjog felt exhausting. We all saw that the weather has changed to heavy rain and thus the prospects for the rest of the day were rather dull and not very enticing. When, after breakfast, the rain increased again, my motivation was for the inevitable further into the cellar. About midday I was able to act, I grabbed a water proof, swung down on the wheel to take the surface route from El'Arenal to Santanyi addressed. The first interval
Designs very difficult, almost torture. After 15 minutes of easy Pedallierens the second interval and felt much better from the start. After 3:19 hours I was finally back at the hotel and was able to take off my wet clothes.

Total: 3:19 hours, 209 W, 140 HF, 105 km, 31.6 km / h
missing now "only" the 1:30 run. I poured Coke into me and took a gel, so I do not starve. Unfortunately I had left the running belt with the drinks ...
In the beginning was not a problem, then I felt als wenn ich langsam von innen heraus austrockne. Nach einer Stunde habe ich dann einen Mallorciener vor seinem Haus erfolgreich um einen Tropfen Wasser (es wurde eher ein halber Liter!) angefleht, danach ging es mir deutlich besser. Das zugeführte PowerGel verlieh mir zusätzlich Flügel, so dass die Einheit noch respektabel wurde.
Ergebnis Lauf:
nach 20 Minuten: 4:36 Min/km, HF 146
nächste 20 Minuten: 4:29 Min/km, HF 156
nächste 20 Minuten: 4:38 Min/km, HF 157
nächste 20 Minuten: 4:31 Min/km, HF 157 (endlich Wasser)
Rest: 4:17 Min/km, HF 164
Gesamt: 19,4 km, 4:32 Min/km, HF 155, Zeit 1:28:28
After that I was pretty flat and picked up all my supplies as much edible Sun Cola, cakes, bars, protein bars, etc.
also fell from the rich dinner: a huge steak with fried potatoes even more after the carbohydrate had been destroyed from the first wave of feeding, had to be! For tomorrow's hill training should again be present enough calories in my body ;-).

the recovery day, I re-designed with an easy workout. After a 30 minute Frühjog I could convince Jens that swimming is a good alternative to cycling.
Together we made up at Los Hogos and called us after the usual warm-up- und Technikprogramm mit 10*200m Intervallen, geschwommen in 3:26 bis 3:33 bei einer Abgangszeit von 4 Minuten. Die Zeiten sind zwar nicht glänzend, aber anstrengend war es für uns auf jeden Fall.

Sailboat Templates Free

So startet hier an der Carretera del Arenal ein jeder Morgen. In Pulks fahren die Radfahrer nach Süden (wie hier) oder nach Norden in Richtung Palma, um Mallorca zu befahren.
Das Ziel war eine lange Ausfahrt auf flacher Strecke. Cap Formentor zog mich an und Jens plante als Insider eine attraktive Anfahrt, die über zahllose kleine Orte führte. Da Jens und Silke noch nicht so viel Grundlagen haben wie ich, trennten wir uns in Can Picafort. Vorher durfte not, of course the obligatory stop in Mallorca on one of the bars are missing along the way to drink here in "Petra", a coffee or cappuccino.
latest from Port de Pollenca I could hardly restrain my Fotografierreflex. The ride and the view from Mal Pas were simply fantastic.
Unfortunately I had my plan, Cap Formentor reach up, not to risk a return trip in the dark, which turned out to be correct.
181 km and 6:11 hours are a good balance for a perfect day on Mallorca with continuous sunshine and an average of 16 degrees measured heat.

Story Of A Nymphomaniac

Fortunately has placed the storm, but with the result that I woke up an hour later than expected. So I met with Frühjog to Jens, who plodded his way and even wrestled with his form, which are designed for health reasons from the very bottom and again.
After breakfast I grabbed my rental car the same with swimming and Radutensilien and made my way to Huge Son, a top modern Aquatics Center on the ring of Palma.
The brilliant swimming park "Son Hugo".
Take a 25m x 55m pool separating, in the middle of 10 lanes á 25m and get to the edge or two more lanes 6 x 25m (across), all of course be premature.
Braucht die Stadt Kiel nicht noch Anregungen für die Bäderplanung?
Zu mehr als einer 1.000m Technikeinheit ergänzt mit vier 500er GA1 Intervallen war ich trotz der begeisternden Kulisse nicht in der Lage. Nicht so schön war, dass trotz Badekappenpflicht so einiges an Feststoffen im Wasser trieb sowie die wenig erfrischende hohe Wassertemperatur so um die gefühlte 25-26 Grad.
Danach ging es an den Fuß des Col de Sollér, einem gleichmäßigen Anstieg mit 5,1% über 5km. Schon am 30. Dezember war ich hier und nahm mir vor, diesen Col als Bergtrainingsstrecke mehrmals zu fahren. Das klappte auch prima.

More should not be today, that's ok. The legs are still vorermüdet of yesterday and tomorrow I'm planning a long bike ride> 5 hours.
