Auch hat die Firma Acalor uns heute unterstützt bei unserem Wärmeproblem. Bis jetzt wird die Fußbodenheizung noch nicht wirklich warm. Durch den Ausfall des Baustroms während 4 Tage ist der Verdampfer anscheinend zu sehr vereist gewesen uns hat dafür gesorgt, dass das normale Enteisungsprogramm not enough. Heute ist Acalor auf der Baustelle. Die Heizung ist installiert worden uns wurde gerade befüllt. Die Heizung ist in Betrieb genommen und mich erklärt worden. Viel einfacher geht es nicht.

20. November 08.00 Uhr
Früh auf der Baustelle, da sich heute wieder Einiges ändern wird. Unser Tiefbauer war schon wieder vor 6 Uhr auf der Baustelle, damit er diese enorme Aufgabe meistern kann. Unser Grundstück wird heute, rundum das Haus, auf Höhe gebracht, damit am Montag die Außenwanddämmung und der Verblendmauer angefangen werden kann.
Auch wir haben uns um einige Sachen gekümmert. Das Holz was noch überall aufs Grundstück lag hatten wir gestern schon großenteils aussortiert, heute haben wir die letzte Stücke weggeräumt.
Auch haben wir die Zisterne noch mal abgedichtet und am Ende des Tages im Erdgeschoss die Deckenspots ausgemessen und gebohrt.

Auf provisorische Weise habe ich die Styroporblöcke gesägt und das Rohr neu verlegt (mir haben die passenden Werkzeuge ja gefehlt). Leider ist die Verarbeitung jetzt weit Weg von optimal. Ich hoffe nicht, dass hier eine Kältebrücke entsteht.

The 2009/2010 season with an early Ironman Malaysia in February and late October in Hawaii was very long. I have almost 13 months without a break after my Trainingsplan gelebt und erlebe jetzt, was es heißt, "ziellos" zu sein. Mir fällt es jetzt unendlich schwer, irgendeiner sportlichen Betätigung nachzugehen, weil sie noch nicht auf ein Ziel hinführt. Für Sport "einfach so" reicht meine Motivation einfach nicht aus.
So freue ich mich über jeden Anruf von Freunden, die einen Lauf-/Schwimm- oder Radpartner suchen. So weit reicht mein Bewegungsdrang dann doch, dass ich das nicht ausschlage.

Gestern beim Schwimmtraining im USC, meinem Triathlonverein, sagte mir Sascha, dass er plane, am Rotterdam Marathon am 10. April kommenden Jahres teilnehmen to do. A Marathon in 2011 would Fühjahr ideal for me as my inner voice whispers a long time that I must still run a fast marathon anyway. Es ist wieder Wochenende und das bedeutet Stress; im Wochenende wird in der Regel rund 10 Stunden geschafft. Dieses Wochenende haben wir uns noch mal um das Streichen des Holzes gekümmert. Am Sonntag dann auch noch um:
- verlegen der Verrohrung des Dunstabzuges richtung Keller
- verlegen von einem Wasserrohr richtung Garten
- verlegen von einer Elektrokabel für den Carport bzw. ein Gartenhäuschen für die Zukunft
- abdichten der Zisterne
- abdichten der Rohre für den zentralen Elektroanschluss und Telekomanschluß.
Und das alles haben wir weitgehendst geschafft!

Die nächsten Schritte für Woche 46:
- Legen der Fußbodendämmung
- Legen der Fußbodenheizung
- Abbau vom Gerüst
- Auffüllen vom Grundstück

Die Zimmerleute von Scheddin haben es geschafft! Sie sind leider später als gehofft gegangen, trotzdem sind die Arbeiten soweit erledigt. Es war nicht nur ein Zeitproblem, sondern auch ein Materialproblem. Das Fermacell hat gerade nicht mehr gereicht und die Latten draußen für die Loggia (im Giebel) waren zu kurz. Sonst wurde das problematische Thema im Badezimmer SUPER gelöst. besser hätte das aus unserer Sicht nicht gemacht werden können.
Auch die Loggia wurde so weit wie möglich fertig gemacht. Zum ersten Mal konnten wir auf dem Balkon mit Geländer stehen.

Die Stimmung wechselte von einer Sekunde zur anderen mit dem Startschuss. Hier weiß jeder, der schon einmal in Kailua-Kona gestartet ist, dass das, was folgt, den absoluten Ausnahmezustand wiedergibt. Ist man sonst gewohnt, sich nach kurzer Zeit freizuschwimmen, hängt man hier bis zum Schwimmausstieg im "Pack" und bekriegt sich gegenseitig bei der Wahl der besten Schwimmlinie. Und gut schwimmen können hier die meisten!

Ich hatte ím Gegensatz zu den vergangenen Jahren humane Mitstreiter um mich, d.h. das Gerangel hielt sich in Grenzen und ich konnte weitgehend meine Linie unter Ausnutzung meiner Möglichkeiten schwimmen. Oft suchte und fand ich "schnelle Füße" von einem vor mir schwimmenden Teilnehmer, um Kraft zu sparen.

Schon in der letzten Woche verlief mein Schwimmtraining verheißungsvoll. So war ich richtig happy, als ich nach ca. 1:07 Std. aus dem Wasser kam, glatte 3 Minuten schneller als meine Bestzeit auf dieser Strecke. Laut Marschplan abgeleitet aus meinen Trainingsaufzeichnungen sollten 220 Watt von Anfang bis Ende durchgetreten werden, 10 bzw. 20 Watt mehr im Schnitt als in den vergangenen Jahren auf gleicher Strecke.

Erwartungsgemäß überholten mich anfangs reichlich Triathleten, was mich aber nicht beunruhigte, hat mein ERGOMO Wattleistungsmesser doch immer zuverlässig die Daten geliefert. Bis nach Kawaihae konnte ich die Kraft im erwarteten Bereich gut dosierern, danach folgt ein längeres Stück bergauf und mit Gegenwind nach Hawi. Von hier standen 230-240W auf dem Plan, wissend, dass das Stück zurück durch Gefälle und Rückenwind geprägt sein würde und die getretene Leistung daher geringer ausfällt. So war es dann auch: Starke Windböen fielen erst von der Seite, dann  von vorne über uns her und es gab einige gefährliche Situationen, in which cyclists were threatening to plunge and at least three seriously crashed on the descent, as we learned later.

I have achieved all the objectives for Hawaii 2010, also the one I had not made up my mind. In advance I would have a place among the top 500 can not imagine.
